  • Days: Thursdays & Sundays
  • Time: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Workout Breakdown (7:00 AM – 8:00 AM)

7:00 – 7:10 AM | Dynamic Warm-Up & Movement Prep

  • Jog, High Knees, Butt Kicks, Carioca, Walking Lunges, Leg Swings, A-Skips, Sprint Mechanics

7:10 – 7:25 AM | Hill Speed & Power Series

  • Round 1: 4 Hill Sprints (75%) / Walk Down Recovery
  • Round 2: 4 Hill Sprints (85%) / Walk Down Recovery
  • Round 3: 2 Hill Sprints (100%) / Walk Down Recovery
  • Total: 10 Hill Sprints

7:25 – 7:40 AM | Strength Circuit (3 Rounds)

  • 10 Push-Ups
  • 8 Pull-Ups (or Assisted Pull-Ups)
  • 15 Air Squats
  • 10 Walking Lunges Each Leg
  • 30-Second Plank
  • Rest 60 seconds between rounds

7:40 – 7:52 AM | Plyometric Circuit (3 Rounds)

  • 10 Broad Jumps
  • 10 Lateral Bounds
  • 10 Split-Squat Jumps
  • 20 Line Hops
  • 20 Mountain Climbers
  • Rest 45 seconds between rounds

7:52 – 8:00 AM | Finisher Challenge: “The Hill Gauntlet”

  • Sprint Up Hill, 10 Push-Ups
  • Sprint Up Hill, 10 Squat Jumps
  • Sprint Up Hill, 30-Second Plank Hold
  • Team Finish: Everyone finishes together!
