- Time: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM

7:00 – 7:10 AM | Dynamic Warm-Up & Movement Prep
- Jog, High Knees, Butt Kicks, Carioca, Walking Lunges, Leg Swings, A-Skips, Sprint Mechanics
7:10 – 7:25 AM | Hill Speed & Power Series
- Round 1: 4 Hill Sprints (75%) / Walk Down Recovery
- Round 2: 4 Hill Sprints (85%) / Walk Down Recovery
- Round 3: 2 Hill Sprints (100%) / Walk Down Recovery
- Total: 10 Hill Sprints
7:25 – 7:40 AM | Strength Circuit (3 Rounds)
- 10 Push-Ups
- 8 Pull-Ups (or Assisted Pull-Ups)
- 15 Air Squats
- 10 Walking Lunges Each Leg
- 30-Second Plank
- Rest 60 seconds between rounds
7:40 – 7:52 AM | Plyometric Circuit (3 Rounds)
- 10 Broad Jumps
- 10 Lateral Bounds
- 10 Split-Squat Jumps
- 20 Line Hops
- 20 Mountain Climbers
- Rest 45 seconds between rounds
7:52 – 8:00 AM | Finisher Challenge: “The Hill Gauntlet”
- Sprint Up Hill, 10 Push-Ups
- Sprint Up Hill, 10 Squat Jumps
- Sprint Up Hill, 30-Second Plank Hold
- Team Finish: Everyone finishes together!
