Hoop Dynamics is proud to partner with West Irondequoit Central School District Community Education to bring high-level basketball skill development to local athletes.

All sessions are led by Anthony Hall, Founder of Hoop Dynamics, and focus on fundamentals, game IQ, and confidence-building in a structured, competitive environment.

Program Overview

  • Develop Your Game
    • Ball Handling – Control, creativity, and confidence under pressure
    • Shooting – Mechanics, accuracy, and consistency
    • Passing & Footwork – Precision, balance, and efficiency
  • Elevate Your Play
    • Game IQ – Spacing, reads, and decision-making
    • Position-Specific Training – Guards, forwards, and post players
    • Competition Drills – Live play, advantage/disadvantage scenarios
  • Train Like a Pro
    • Speed, strength, and endurance foundations
    • High-level coaching with personalized feedback

Session Structure

  • Day: Wednesdays
  • Length: 4-week sessions (1x per week)
  • Session Time: 60 minutes
  • Enrollment: Min: 3 athletes  |  Max: 15 athletes
